Hanover County Government - MaconIT

Lead UX designer and accessibility compliance developer/designer for Hanover County government website redesign project from 2016-2018. Managed website redesign business requirement gathering process from start to finish, establishing and creating new style and branding guidelines for County, working with third party vendor to ensure site was complaint to AA WCAG standards. Worked with multiple County departments to create training documents and support County staff with permission setup, and ensured smooth transition from old website to new website from CX, UX and overall domain management. Currently working as their lead accessibility consultant reviewing any third party websites that touch their main government website.
